About Us
Olá! My name is Marcelo Macedo, and I moved from Brazil to Western Australia in 2015.
One of my biggest passions has always been cooking – especially the weekend churrasco (Brazilian barbecue) that happens at my place every single weekend. Good food, great company, and the smell of the grill – there's nothing better!
When I arrived in Australia, I quickly realised how hard it was to find high-quality sausages that could match the ones I grew up with in Brazil. I tried almost every brand available here, but none really hit the mark.
So I decided to take matters into my own hands. I started crafting my own sausages – and the results were even better than I expected! That sparked a real obsession: researching the best ingredients, perfecting the seasoning, and learning the safe, professional manufacturing process to keep everything food-safe and delicious.
Since 2023, I've been sharing these sausages with family and close friends. We've been on a constant "try and improve" journey, creating new flavours and refining our recipes. Today we have around 20 different flavours in our recipe book – and honestly, each one is better than the last!
I'm incredibly proud of what we've created, and now it's time to share these small-batch, artisan sausages with you. One bite and I promise you – you'll never go back to ordinary sausages again!
