Shipping policy

We deliver chilled, perishable products within selected suburbs in Western Australia. All products are transported in insulated containers to maintain safe temperature during delivery.

Delivery Day: Saturdays
Order Cut-Off: Wednesdays at 7:00 PM

Orders placed after the cut-off will be scheduled for the next week’s production.

Customers must be available to receive the delivery during the scheduled window. If no one is home, we may leave the product in a safe place only if you provide permission at checkout. Otherwise, the order will be returned and re-delivery fees may apply.

Once delivered, customers are responsible for refrigerating products immediately (0–4°C).
